Interior Contract (Zhongshan) International Ltd. (ICIL-ZS) is a furniture specialist that manufactures and supplies various kinds of timber & metal furniture and fixture and soft furnishing to hotels & resorts, especially to those luxury and top class projects; ICIL-ZS also supply to deluxe residence projects, clubhouses, restaurants, retail shops as well as the commercial complex and corporate offices.

Main Factory
ICIL-ZS was set up as a workshop of ICIL in 1993. The major task is to supply the necessary carpentry products to ICIL projects in Hong Kong. As growing with the ICIL business and the increasing number of enquiries from China and overseas, ICIL-ZS now is not only the appointed sole manufacturer of ICIL’s, but also a trustable furniture manufacturer in industry for carpentry & metal products and soft furnishing in the region.

Location
ICIL-ZS resided in the premium location of Zhongshan, Guangdong, PRC - the First Industrial Zone of Nan Long Town - where is very  close to the Zhongshan Port.  It takes only about 15 minutes from the factory to the Port.  This favorable location is excellent for import and export. In addition, it takes only 90 minutes from Hong Kong to Zhongshan by ferry or 2.0 hours from Shenzhen to the factory by road.

Factory Areas
During 13 years of operation, the operation scale has been expanded twice when two additional  factories were set up in 2003 & 2004 respectively. The total production areas are increased from 200,000 sq ft to 400,000 sq ft. In order to handle the growing of the export business, third expansion was happened in Jun 2007. It increased the total production areas to 500,000 sq. ft. and 800 staff.
